Floreta

Floreta is an e-commerce website that specialises in selling quirky, out of the box and fun products for your home or office space. According to the company its name is "inspired by the Roman deity Floris and the beauty of a flower - Floreta was born a store that promises to be unique , exquisite , playful , entertaining - anything but Boring". Imagine a screwdriver shaped like a penguin or a serving spoon that would resemble strands of spagetti, those are the kind of product they sell. When they reached out to us they wanted a strong and sleek yet vibrant identity. Keep in mind that none of the parties wanted to over do the quirk factor. The identity needed to communicate the smoothness,  seriousness and slick efficiency that was at the heart of the company's services and processes. 

The identity resembles an open box, that hides a surprise inside, much like most of the products they sell. It also doubly resembles a flower, with open petals on all four sides, inspired by the root of their name. All in all communicating exactly who they are and what their core ethos is.
